Are you a Social Worker looking to progress or a Senior Social Worker looking for something new? Do you have experience working in Adult social care and a good knowledge and understanding relative legislations? Our Adults community team are hiring and you may be the perfect fit for their Community Long-term Team! You will be committed to Social Work practice and have a passion to support others through their social care journey. Your ability to prioritise, coordinate and adapt, will go hand in hand with this busy and lively service where no two days are the same. So, what does the role involve?

Opportunity to become involved in court, Continuing Healthcare and adult safeguarding work. Supporting individuals to achieve their personal outcomes and working with unpaid carers as well as other statutory functions, such as adult safeguarding enquiries. Working with people over the age of 18 with physical and learning disabilities, older people and their families and unpaid carers.
