Our new Senior Practitioner

will be critical in shaping brighter futures.

What you’ll do:

Lead safeguarding efforts for children, embracing their cultural and individual backgrounds. Manage a caseload of complex cases, supporting families and creating meaningful impact. Drive collaboration across agencies and ensure every child’s voice is heard. Undertake direct social work responsibilities, assess risks, and devise solutions that prioritize children’s safety and wellbeing.
