Our team of physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech pathologists, exercise physiologists, social workers and psychologists provide clinic-based services in our expansive and beautiful Ashford site as well as on the road in our client’s homes and communities. When you join ONE Rehabilitation Service, you are part of a team dedicated to delivering life-changing care for individuals and their families. About the Role: This role is suitable for an experienced or early career Social Worker, who has a special interest in working with people with brain injury, stroke, concussion or neurological conditions. The hours are negotiable, and workdays are flexible. Ideally, we are looking for

0.4 to 0.6FTE Remuneration will reflect the level of experience. About you: We are seeking a Social Worker who is extremely passionate about neurological rehab. You have knowledge of best practice in managing clients with an acquired brain injury, stroke and/or neurological condition You have a friendly, results-focused disposition and can work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary allied health team You display genuine empathy, compassion, patience and an interest in your clients’ needs You have excellent communication skills both written and verbal. This is extremely important to us You have integrity; you are trustworthy and honest You love working in a fast-paced environment. We are a busy clinic and the role will require you to be comfortable with multi-tasking and prioritising. You are resourceful – if you don’t have the answer, you go out and find it You have a positive, can-do attitude and a great sense of humour. You bring energy to the room and love to have fun at work Bachelor of Social Work (or equivalent) Current National Police Check Current Working with Children Check Membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers Professional Indemnity Insurance A current and unrestricted Driver’s License Are you ready to make a difference?
