Key Responsibilities: Conduct complex safeguarding investigations and assessments Develop and implement effective care plans Collaborate with families to promote their well-being Represent the organisation in court proceedings Supervise and mentor junior staff
Essential Qualifications and Experience: Social Work qualification (Degree or Diploma) Substantial experience in child protection work Strong assessment, decision-making, and communication skills Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
