Responsibilities: Support the Manager to provide an intensive, high-quality access team as a front door for services for families across the continuum of need. Manage risk and make key decisions about the threshold of need for children, young people, and vulnerable adults. Support the team manager, social workers, early support officers, i-ART officers, and staff from a range of different disciplines.
