The ideal candidate will serve as a member of the Sr. Software Development team. You will work alongside a team of programmers to code programs that meet the needs of the company or client. Upon developing the necessary skills, you will be working as a key member of our team executing projects for the world’s largest production companies.
Duties and Responsibilities Lead technical design discussions and provide guidance on software architecture and best practices. Develop and implement algorithms for real-time localization. – Specifics given on application. Design and optimize path planning algorithms for autonomous navigation. – Specifics given on application. Oversee system integration between hardware and software components. Collaborate with international teams to align project goals and timelines. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to navigation systems. Collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate firmware with hardware components. Familiarity with international project coordination. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster professional growth and ensure code quality. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, and integrate relevant advancements into the development process. Participate in Agile methodologies, contributing to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Understanding of software testing methodologies and experience with automated testing tools. Create systems as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent. Basic knowledge of a programming language’s syntax. Basic knowledge of a database management system. Professional program certification in Microsoft .NET framework (C# or VB.NET) is strongly preferred. Ability to quickly learn development languages. Can adapt to changing software requirements.
