We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Developer to accelerate the production of our high-quality software. You will play a key role in bringing our products to new markets and integrating complementary companies into our portfolio. Key Responsibilities : Develop and maintain web and desktop applications Engage in all development cycle stages: design, acceptance criteria, development, QA, and continuous integration Contribute to backlog stories and review acceptance criteria Perform software design, coding, testing, code reviews, and unit testing Mentor junior developers Participate in regular meetings with internal customers Essential Skills : Extensive experience in software development Proficiency in the Microsoft .Net web stack: C# .Net Framework & Core T-SQL LINQ and Entity Framework JavaScript, HTML, CSS IIS Working knowledge of PHP In-depth knowledge of relational databases (especially MS SQL) Strong problem-solving and debugging skills Understanding of object-oriented programming techniques Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize effectively Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud services (Azure & AWS) Relevant Computing/Software qualification or appropriate experience Beneficial Skills / Experience: Experience with Git / Azure DevOps and Visual Studio 2019/2022 Knowledge of JQuery, Windows Forms, MySQL, MS Power BI reporting Familiarity with managing Linux/Apache web stack and Bootstrap front end Sector experience in technology and/or education What We're Looking For: Passion for user experience design and accessibility Eagerness to learn and innovate Commitment to supporting inclusivity in society Drive for continuous personal and professional development Highly motivated, friendly, and ambitious individuals who align with our values Benefits: Our benefits package aims to enhance life both inside and outside the office, ensuring everyone feels valued and supported.
