The role: In this role you will lead software development from concept to coding, collaborating with multidisciplinary engineers to ensure project success. Oversee software requirements, focusing on fault management and application health. Produce and maintain documentation, and assist customers with integration and problem resolution, sometimes on-site. Understand customer needs to inform project requirements, working closely with the Project Manager and Quality team to identify risks, issues, and opportunities. Ensure key developments are communicated to the engineering team and provide technical input to support project planning and reviews. What we want from you: Proven experience in leading technical software projects. Deep understanding of software engineering principles. Skilled in embedded software design with a solid grasp of related hardware. Proficient in writing C/C++ for embedded applications. Expertise in designing and developing control systems, with a preference for motor control principles, theory, and interfaces.
