My client is an established Fintech start-up who is after securing a very strong valuation at Series A is looking to scale the tech team by 10-15 over the next year!
Role As a Full Stack engineer, you will be working directly with the CTO and Head Developer and have the opportunity to deliver projects in both the Frontend & Backend.
The business currently has a roadmap of around 20 projects for the next 12 months. This consists of everything from API design / Integration, the development of a greenfield performance portal, and 3rd party integrations with new exchange partners.
Their current platform is built using Python3 / PostgreSQL & mypy on the backend and TypeScript and React on the front end and are hosted on AWS.
Requirements:
STEM Degree
4 / 5+ Years Industry Experience
Very strong experience with Python
Experience with Full stack Development using JavaScript & React
Experience with PostgreSQL / other SQL Databases
Desirable:
Experience with Docker
Experience with Cloud (Ideally AWS)
Experience with Flask
Process :
First Stage - Culture chat with HR
Second Stage - 1-hour Technical Interview (Reading Python)(background / Projects / Tech experience)
Third Stage 1 hour (background / Projects / Tech experience)
Final Stage Meeting with Co-founders
Package :
Salary - £70,000 - £80,000
Bonus paid every 4 months Up to 30%
Pension Scheme
EMI option (Equity)
