Remote role
- with occasional travel to York office
Senior Software Engineer’s Core Duties:
Develop information systems, and design, debug, and install software solutions
Identify operational feasibility through problem definition and solution development
Work with the Projects and IT teams in the UK and internationally
Follow software development lifecycle
Demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, diagrams, flowcharts and clear code
Protect operations by keeping information confidential
Senior Software Engineer’s Skills Required:
3+ years’ experience in a similar Software Engineering role
Strong knowledge of ASP.NET Core, Web API and C#
Great front-end skills in Angular, Vue or similar
SQL experience in MSSQL or MySQL
Experience writing clean and easy to understand code
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving ability
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Experience working in an Agile environment
Work autonomously
