About You
We're looking for a dynamic and experienced leader with the following skills and expertise: Proven experience in a Software Engineering Manager or similar role, with strong technical leadership capabilities. Expertise in technical solution designs and establishing architectural standards. Skilled in team leadership, including coaching, performance management, and succession planning. Excellent stakeholder management skills, both internal and external. Experience managing agile engineering practices. Solid understanding of software engineering, automation, and CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge or curiosity about emerging technologies. Hands-on experience with Microsoft development environments (C#/.Net). Familiarity with cloud technologies, ideally Azure.
