Key Responsibilities Maximise income per case through recovery of damages to include hire, repairs, recovery, and storage. Prepare and conduct the case thoroughly ensuring the ingathering of all requisite evidence. Report issues, problems, and compliance breaches in a timely manner to the appropriate level of management. Deliver a level of Client Care in accordance with service level agreements. Mentoring and supervising junior members of the team. Ensure compliance with Information Security Policies including data confidentiality and the operational security of the Information Systems used. Any ad hoc or additional duties as deemed fit and appropriate by the Management Team for this post and the associated level of responsibility attached to it. Understanding of credit hire would be desirable. Court litigation experience including an understanding of Court of Session and Sheriff Court Procedures. In-depth drafting experience. Conduct hearings in the Sheriff Courts. Ability to deal with difficult clients, communicate effectively, and where appropriate give legal advice in relation to their claim.
