We are looking for a Senior Solicitor - Regeneration and Projects to join the Legal Services Team at St Helens Council to provide commercial property legal support service across the council, involving exciting regeneration and project work. Senior Solicitor - Regeneration and Projects

: The ideal candidate will have previous experience dealing with Commercial Property matters in a Local Authority, be an excellent co-ordinator, able to handle major business projects and have well-developed communication skills. The ability to communicate effectively with officers internally, and externally with courts, barristers, and professional bodies is essential. Local government experience is desirable, but we welcome applications from people from all parts of the legal sector as training, support and mentoring will be offered as part of your continuous professional development. This is a fantastic opportunity for an established lawyer with a good understanding of Property law to join a progressive organisation and diversify their skillset and experience.
