THE ROLE The Senior Solution Architect is a highly proactive relationship manager with the ability to provide high-level technical guidance, design, and delivery to project teams and customers. The Solution Architect has a strong understanding of the Certinia Accelerate methodology and the confidence to recommend architectural best practices. They possess a deep knowledge of the Certinia product and roadmap and have the ability to make it digestible for our customer's business users. cloud infrastructure. This individual should have strong knowledge of the foundational setup of Certinia applications to ensure optimal scalability and performance. Key to this role is being able to provide clearly documented client solutions, identify gaps, opportunities, and remedies in short order. They need to be an excellent presenter and creative thinker with the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively. The Senior Solution Architect has the ability to represent customer requirements and to effectively communicate these requirements and design to the implementation teams (Certinia and Partner). This role will collaborate with Architects in other areas of the business, such as Support, Engineering, and Product Development to share trends from the design phase and influence best practice. They will be called upon to ensure excellent communication, confirm the design and delivery of projects, and collaborate to ensure plans of action are put in place to remediate any gaps between requirements and design. This individual must have an ability to resolve a variety of technical and relationship hurdles. They will need to provide proactive communication at all levels within the customer environment, up to and including executive updates. This individual will also need to build strong working relationships with our implementation partners to make sure that they are aware of our best practices, provide solution collaboration, and communicate our product roadmap so that they can benefit our shared customers. WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE Proactively lead the technical and functional relationship with our customers. Conceptualize, develop, communicate and propose solutions that will drive our growth and lead directly to top and bottom line results. Collaborate with our Professional Services Engagement Management Team and our Sales Executives to engage customers early, provide technical expertise and guidance from the start of the customer journey through to guiding implementation strategy. Work with customers in both a long-lead and tactical capacity to help solve their critical needs and challenges throughout the design and implementation phases of their customer journey. Get involved in the detailed technical discussions; speak up and provide solutions. Provide best practices and out of the box solutions to our customers. Facilitate client solution reviews and identify any gaps and issues. WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE Significant experience working in enterprise Professional Services Automation (PSA) system implementations or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system implementations; or Salesforce Architecture experience. Strong written and verbal communication. Ability to work in a fast-changing, team environment. Strong computer skills ideally including SalesForce.com, FinancialForce, MS Office and web presentation tools. Strong software implementation experience. 20% Travel required to customers. Relevant degree or equivalent experience. #LI-HJ1
