Ability to produce sounds that inspire and impress! Previous experience in a similar role within the games industry and a clear understanding of what is required to make a game sound good - demonstrated in your showreel. An intimate knowledge of sound recording, mixing, editing etc. with experience recording different material, and an understanding of all the practicalities involved. Demonstrable experience and knowledge of using Wwise (preferred), or another game sound implementation system (e.g. FMOD, Unity, Unreal etc.). Demonstrable experience with implementing Wwise/other middleware content into a game engine, using sound designer facing tools. Scripting knowledge is a plus, but not essential to this role.
