Senior Sourcing Manager

based in our

Warwick office (3 days a week) , you’ll be responsible for: Building and maintaining strategic supplier relationships, including the negotiation of commercial terms. Providing specialist commercial support for the category management team, with an exceptional ability to utilise data and analytics to inform value chain activity. Leading the development of value chain initiatives, engaging with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure they are implemented in line with agreed timescales. Understanding global commodity movements and sharing commercial insights with the category teams. This is a full-time, permanent role working Mon-Friday 40 hours a week, with flexible Hybrid working (up to two days remotely per week). And here’s what we’d like you to have: Previous experience in a Sourcing or Category Management role. Strong expertise in the negotiation of commercial terms at a strategic level. Experience and knowledge in developing external networks and building key supplier relationships. Ability to make commercial decisions at speed and implement outputs across the business and the supplier network. We are open to industry experience, although retail or merchant experience is preferable. We look forward to receiving your application!
