We want our customers to experience Singh Street together. What would you do? Work with the Head Chef to train and inspire your team to deliver food to be proud of. Be driven to smash targets with your team. Manage scheduling and productivity. Prepare and cook dishes following standard recipes and have creative input to food development. Kitchen management: food ordering, food preparation, and stock control. Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations and FSMS. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maximize opportunities. Be an ambassador for our brand. Work within and grow with a fantastic future brand. What do we need? Proven experience working with Indian and Punjabi food. Proven experience working in a kitchen environment and managing people. Knowledge of food safety practices, due diligence, and compliance regulations. The ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours and lead teams. Relevant qualifications and transferable skills. Knowledge of working with budgets, costs, and managing people resources. What’s in it for you?
