Locum Senior Specialist Property Lawyer London Local Authority £65 - £70 umbrella per hour Hybrid working Sellick Partnership are working with a London-based local authority seeking a Senior Specialist Property Lawyer on an interim basis. This will be offered on an initial 3-month contract, however there is potential for this to be extended on a rolling basis. The role will be based predominantly in their London offices, however will allow for some home working. The successful candidate will be paid a competitive £65 - £70 umbrella per hour. Responsibilities will include, but not limited to: Dealing with high value and complex sales and purchases Development agreements Right of light agreements Lease restructuring Joint venture agreements The role will be best suited to someone from a private practice background who has worked on large scale transactions due to the nature of the work. The successful candidate will be confident dealing with high-value projects from initial instruction to completion with little assistance.
