We are looking for a Senior Specialist Product Systems to join our dynamic team in Ho Chi Minh City. This role is crucial for streamlining business processes and enhancing productivity by leveraging Smartsheet as a strategic tool. As a senior specialist, you will lead the development, deployment, and management of Smartsheet solutions to support various departments, ensuring efficient project management, data transparency, and automation of operational workflows. This role will involve collaborating with global and local teams to deliver impactful solutions that improve how we operate as a business.
Your Mission
- Collaborative Solution Design: Work closely with the existing Senior Smartsheet Specialist to co-develop tailored Smartsheet solutions that meet business needs, from project tracking to complex workflow automation.
- Project Management Support: Collaborate with internal teams, using Smartsheet to build and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource tracking systems. Ensure seamless project visibility and effective communication across departments.
- Process Automation & Optimization: Analyze current workflows and business processes, recommending and implementing Smartsheet-based automations to improve efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
- Smartsheet Platform Administration: Support the overall administration of Smartsheet, ensuring data accuracy, security, and governance. Manage permissions and user roles, adhering to internal guidelines.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams in operations, product development, materials, and other business units to gather requirements and deliver customized Smartsheet solutions that align with team objectives.
- Training & Support: Assist in training team members across different functions to maximize their use of Smartsheet tools. Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and best practice guidance.
- Reporting & Dashboards: Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports, providing real-time visibility into key metrics and business performance indicators. Support leadership with data-driven insights.
- Continuous Improvement: Work with the current Senior Smartsheet Specialist to stay updated on new Smartsheet functionalities, continuously evolving the platform to meet changing business needs.
Your Story
- 3+ years of Smartsheet experience, with deep knowledge of advanced features such as automations, reports, dashboards, and data connectors.
- Proven experience working on process optimization and workflow automation, ideally in fast-paced or global organizations.
- Strong familiarity with Smartsheet integrations
- Proven ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including technical and non-technical stakeholders, to understand business needs and deliver customized solutions.
- Exceptional skills in data visualization and reporting, with the ability to create dynamic, user-friendly dashboards and reports for decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in training and supporting users at different levels of expertise.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and a strong interest in the latest developments in Smartsheet and workflow automation.
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal). Vietnamese proficiency is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative environment.
