Your Mission
Manage full-cycle recruiting, delivering exceptional candidate experiences from sourcing to onboarding. Anticipate talent needs and proactively build talent pipelines. Partner with hiring managers and Talent Business Partners to prioritize roles, design effective assessments, and cultivate a diverse workforce. Provide training to upskill hiring teams. Continuously improve TA programs and processes. Driving improvement and consistency. Leverage the TA tech stack to optimize the recruiting process. Utilize data-driven insights to advise on refinements and hiring strategies. Shape On's future by deepening your business acumen, identifying D&I opportunities and adapt to unplanned hiring needs.
Your Story 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, hiring for various seniority levels and business lines. Proven success in direct search, strategic talent pool building, and sourcing for difficult-to-fill roles, with a focus on diversity. Experience collaborating with department/functional leaders and Talent teams, upskilling interviewers on hiring best practices. Ability to utilize data to influence business leaders, drive talent-related decisions, and guide recruiting goals and projections. Forward-thinking, agile, and comfortable with ambiguity, with a passion for building better organizations.
