Job Purpose:
To carry out service and maintenance works on commercial and residential sprinkler systems.
Key Accountabilities:
To carry out servicing as per the LPCB sprinkler rules and identify any faults.
Carry out small remedial works where required.
Be first port of call for any emergency call outs, whether they be in hours or out of hours.
Work as part of a pair but also able to work solo where required.
Always promote the company with great customer service.
Job Context / Key Challenges:
Be happy and able to work in hours and out of hours where required. Must be able to drive with a full valid UK licence.
Role Dimensions:
Working with Service Manager and fellow service engineers to complete works accordingly.
Person Profile:
Previous experience within a similar role.
Good knowledge of Sprinkler Systems.
Ability to communicate well and possess problem-solving skills.
Must have good general I.T knowledge as worksheets are to be electronically submitted daily.
Organisation Structure:
Reports to the Service Manager and the Managing Director.
Sprinkler Service engineers are responsible for servicing/testing both commercial & residential/domestic sprinklers, carrying out small works, replacing pipework, and fault finding.
