Senior Staff Nurse – 1 year Fixed Term Contract, In Patient Unit

We currently have an opportunity available for a Senior Staff Nurse to join our In-Patient Unit team at Rowans Hospice Charity. We are looking for self-motivated individuals who will be responsible for a high-level delivery and implementation of programmes of care for our patients in association with the whole ward team. The post holder will also be required, where necessary, to supervise other qualified and unqualified staff within the primary nursing team. We are seeking an experienced RGN registered nurse, who can demonstrate leadership skills and use of a palliative care approach to patient care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with sound management and decision-making experience are key to this role.
