An exciting Band 6 opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, motivated nurse to join the nursing team on Ward C3 and the Coronary Care Unit in UHW. C3 is a 10 bedded acute cardiology ward and the Coronary Care Unit is an 8 bedded, Level 2 area that provides enhanced care to complex Cardiology patients. You should have extensive experience in Cardiac nursing at Band 5 level or above, good communication and interpersonal skills along with an ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service.

Main duties of the job The ability to cope in an acute setting is highly desirable, although support will be given. We are looking for a dynamic individual who provides strong clinical leadership and shares the vision of this service.
