We are seeking a skilled and compassionate

Senior Staff Nurse (Cosmetics)

to join our outstanding Inpatients Department. As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will:

Be a positive role model, advocating for patients and ensuring an excellent experience throughout their journey. Plan and deliver high-quality patient care, offering expert support for treatments and aftercare. Collaborate with the Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) and Consultant Surgeons to support outpatient and inpatient consultations and surgeries. Maintain clinical competency through ongoing professional development and ensure adherence to national and local clinical standards. Supervise and support junior staff while contributing to the growth and development of the cosmetic service. Uphold governance frameworks and manage delegated responsibilities in the absence of the CNS. About Us

To excel in this role, you’ll need: First-Level Registered Nurse

qualification with evidence of CPD and Revalidation. A

healthcare degree

or equivalent. Experience and knowledge in a

surgical nursing environment . Skills in

wound care/tissue viability

(or willingness to train). Experience or readiness to train in

Preoperative Assessment . Proficiency in

Phlebotomy, ECG , and

ILS training . A

mentorship qualification

is desirable. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with a

can-do attitude . Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. A

patient-centered approach

and dedication to delivering outstanding care. Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office. Integrity, honesty, and the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team. Experience with

audits
