This is a Senior Staff Nurse role at Elysium Healthcare, a specialist In-patient Eating Disorder service for children and young people aged 12 up to 18 years. The successful candidate will lead and coordinate the quality and management of nursing care for the children and young people in this service.

Main duties of the job As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the quality and management of nursing care for children and young people in this specialist In-patient Eating Disorder service. You will work within an identified career development pathway and be expected to complete an appropriate competency development portfolio. The role offers good benefits including an annual salary of £38,000, plus a £5,000 welcome bonus.

Job responsibilities As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will lead and coordinate the quality and management of nursing care for children and young people in this specialist In-patient Eating Disorder service. You will be responsible for the clinical environment where you will provide leadership to your peers and manage the clinical services throughout the wards and units. What you will be doing You will be working within a team that includes a range of professionals to support children and young people with an Eating Disorder at Rhodes Wood in Hatfield. You will work within an identified career development pathway and be expected to complete an appropriate competency development portfolio. There are also career development opportunities, with a huge range of courses that will help you grow and succeed.

Rhodes Wood Hospital is a specialist Inpatient Eating Disorder service for children and young people aged 12 up to 18 years. Each treatment programme is tailored to the needs of the young person.
