What You'll Do:

As a Senior Staff Nurse, you’ll provide essential clinical leadership, ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered every day. You’ll act as a positive role model, lead by example, and support the team in delivering personalised, high-quality care that truly makes a difference.

Provide daily clinical leadership, ensuring exceptional care and adherence to best practice guidelines

Oversee service user assessments, admissions, and discharge planning in collaboration with their care team

Foster a learning and reflective culture, empowering staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred care

Lead recruitment, retention, and induction of staff, mentoring newly qualified staff and students

Promote effective communication with service users, families, and interdisciplinary teams

Ensure safeguarding policies are upheld, managing risk assessments and care plans to protect all service users

Advocate for service users, ensuring their voices are heard and their choices are respected

Requirements:

Registered RGN, RMN, or RNLD, with NMC pin

Passionate about supporting individuals living with acquired brain injuries

Committed to delivering high-quality, personalised care

Enjoy leading teams and acting as positive role models, supporting the development of nursing teams

Thrive in interdisciplinary environments where everyone’s contribution matters

Are keen to participate in innovative, evidence-based service improvement initiatives
