An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Clinical Lead Nurse to work in an exceptional care home based in the Perth, Perthshire area. You will be working for one of the UK's leading health care providers. This care home offers nursing care for those who have complex medical needs, as well as 24-hour nursing dementia care provided by specialist teams trained in the complexities of looking after those living with dementia, who may also have other long-term medical conditions. To be considered for this position, you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin. As the Clinical Lead, your key duties include: Leading a team of nursing staff to ensure the delivery of an excellent standard of care. Promoting independence and dignity while positively enhancing the lives of individuals in our care. Supporting the delivery of improvements while driving quality standards to further improve efficiencies in line with CQC guidelines. Ensuring a welcoming, safe, and engaging environment for all residents, employees, and visitors to the Home. Supporting the Home Manager and taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of the Home. The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role: The ability to lead a team, analyze problems, and propose solutions or improvements. Able to communicate effectively and develop professional relationships. Understanding and effectively using IT and communication systems required for the role. Respectful of the values, views, and needs of others. Able to work under pressure and prioritize workload. Experience delivering nursing care within the elderly health care sector. Experience participating in quality and clinical governance programmes. The successful Clinical Lead will receive an excellent salary of £24.50 per hour, with an annual salary of £57,330. This exciting position is a permanent full-time role working 45 hours a week through Night Shifts.
