Senior Staff Nurse

to join our well-established team at Heatherwood Court Pontypridd. Working knowledge of working to a PBS and active support model of care. Full working and operational experience of computer-based recordings and record-keeping systems including medication administration. Full understanding of external regulators HIW and Welsh commissioning services. Experience in quality of care and auditing schedules. Fully flexible days and nights. Experience in management of a team. Supporting and assisting the unit manager. Experience in working with complex care and management of behaviours that challenge. Experience of working within the confines of the Mental Health Act and experience of attending MHAT. Ability to work as part of an experienced MDT. About us

Qualifications

At least 2 years experience of working as a staff nurse. Disclosure and Barring Service Check
