The ward comprises of 28 beds which include 2 higher monitoring beds and 4 Assessment trolleys. The team is cohesive and professional with a genuine interest and passion for providing a high standard of patient care. Registered Nurse with a minimum of 2 years experience Experience with Haemodialysis/ Peritoneal Dialysis Student Assessor Main duties of the job
Role Summary: The Post holder will be responsible for the assessment of the needs, development of programmes of care, and for the implementation and evaluation of these programmes for patients and their relatives.
