£35,000-£37,000 per annum Working pattern:
40 hours per week, 5 over 7 days Key Responsibilities: Creating rotas to ensure fully staffed for match days and non-match days. Set up systems to assess staff performance, give feedback, and resolve any issues. Create training to improve staff skills and support their career growth.
