Job Description P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our client, who is currently seeking a Senior Stimulation Engineer to join their team based in Great Yarmouth on a full-time, permanent basis. Remote Working: Initial 6-12 months – there will be a requirement to have frequent visits to Great Yarmouth Head Office and the Vessel in Denmark to understand the business and Vessel requirements with possible offshore working when operational requirements permit. After this period, visits to GY Offices and potential offshore working on Vessel when operational requirements permit. Role Summary:

The Senior Stimulation Engineer will work remotely as well as travel / work at Head Office and work on the Vessel when operational requirements permit. Being one of the highest levels of Engineer at the company, the Senior Stimulation Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day planning and stimulation design, working alongside the Engineering Manager. Main Responsibilities:

Liaising effectively and confidently with the Customer on general fracturing design, design software and general pressure analysis software. Being ultimately responsible for the timely provision, accuracy and professional output of all material QA/QC, job reports, chemical reconciliations & reporting procedures. Taking the lead on Customer liaison with regular visits and presentations at various company offices around the North Sea and representing the Company at conferences, workshops, and industry meetings. Taking a leading and enthusiastic role in the safety and environmental culture and acting as a leader for HSEQ. Working with the Vessel Supervisor and Engineering Team to produce and submit field tickets. Developing an understanding of the Vessel Contracts and providing support for bids, tenders, and RFQ's where required. Directing and/or overseeing multiple projects for R&D, fluid development, fluid testing, and internal/external vessel improvement projects. Overseeing, mentoring and providing training to the Vessel and office engineers in addition to any general and/or specific training provided by the Company. Traveling offshore to perform stimulation work on board the Vessel when required on an ad-hoc basis. Having a working knowledge of North Sea Ecotoc regulations and their impact on company operations. Possessing an excellent understanding of HSE responsibilities for working on the vessel, handling chemicals used by the company, and operating laboratory equipment. Performing to the Quality Standards set by the Company. Actively ensuring that their own health and safety and the health and safety of fellow workers is preserved at all times. Ensuring full awareness of and compliance with the requirements of all relevant company/customer HSEQ handbooks, HSEQ procedures and emergency procedures. Undertaking training as required by the Company Training and Competency System. Company's Head Office is in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, UK and the successful candidates will be required to travel/work at Head Office as and when required. Experience & Qualifications:

A degree in an Engineering Discipline. 5+ years’ experience working in Stimulation. Extensive experience in a leadership role. Operational experience with most types of stimulation jobs. A thorough understanding of stimulation equipment and processes. General competence in stimulation design and analysis. Comfortable in general fracturing design and capable and familiar in the use of company and general pressure analysis software. A high level of understanding and evidence of leadership in all aspects of fluid design, QA/QC control and environmental management. Proficient in using Microsoft Packages, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Person Specification:

Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team. Able to work unsupervised. Ability to work to deadlines. Dedicated to the HSEQ ethos. Able to communicate effectively. Excellent spoken and written English. Problem Solving, Judgment & Decision Making. Planning and organising. Internal & External Customer Focus. Initiative. High level of personal motivation, consistently able to work unsupervised and with a desire to excel. Working Hours:
