Your Role as Housing Service Manager As the Service Manager, you will: Lead and manage our housing services, including supported housing and outreach programs for young people aged 16-25. Develop and implement solutions to prevent homelessness and expand affordable housing options. Oversee performance monitoring, ensuring services meet the highest standards. Manage budgets and resources effectively to deliver impactful services. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and community networks. Inspire and support your team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and co-production with young people. What We’re Looking For You are: Experienced in managing registered accommodation-based services, with a strong knowledge of housing management and safeguarding. Dedicated to co-producing solutions with young people to achieve meaningful outcomes. An inspiring leader who builds trust and motivates teams with compassion and respect.
