Conduct on-site inspections to ensure compliance with submitted designs. Review structural calculations and designs to verify adherence to Building Regulations and Warranty requirements. Collaborate with clients and consultants to ensure design proposals meet all necessary standards. Assist with live claims investigations and reporting on structural elements. Prepare detailed reports and offer technical guidance to design teams, clients, and internal departments. The Person: Chartered member of a relevant professional institution (e.g., ICE, IStructE). Demonstrated experience in the construction industry, particularly in Building Control or Structural Warranties. Strong client relationship and communication skills.
