You will join a talented team of chartered, mid-level, and graduate engineers in delivering innovative, technically excellent structural designs. As part of this high-performing division, you will contribute to a diverse range of projects, from bespoke new builds and refurbishments to heritage works. Duties: Lead the preparation, design and deliver detailed structural designs for a wide range of projects, including new builds, refurbishments, and heritage structures. Supervise and mentor mid-level and graduate engineers within the team. Ensure projects are delivered on time, in budget and to the highest quality standards. Work on diverse structural engineering projects, ensuring quality and compliance with industry standards. Collaborate with project teams to deliver designs from concept to completion providing technical advice where needed. Liase with architects, developers, fabricators, and the client to ensure the needs are met. Address technical challenges in projects and develop practical cost-effective solutions. Candidate: Hold relevant qualifications such as 2:1 BSc/BEng in civil or structural engineering. At least 8 years of experience post qualification in civil or structural engineering. Ability to communicate effectively with teams, clients, and stakeholders. Full UK driving license and transport. Ready to take your career to the next level?
