As the first Structural Engineer in this close-knit environment, you'll: Develop and implement innovative structural designs with a focus on connection design. Collaborate closely with
external
drawing offices, production teams, and clients, playing a crucial role from conception to completion. Bring fresh ideas to enhance and evolve our design and production processes, creating efficient, cost-effective structures. Have the opportunity to bring in your own Graduate Engineer to mentor over time.
