Senior Structural Engineer
- Required to join our client who are a nationwide Civil and Structural Engineering Consultancy in their Henley or Gloucester office. The Senior Structural Engineer would be working on a variety of multi-storey RC Frame projects on Residential and Commercial Development projects. This is a new role that has arisen as a result of new business with clients within the house developer and Hospitality sector.
The Senior Structural Engineer will have development potential as the company grows across all offices, so there is a clear line to Principal and Associate positions. The ideal Structural Engineer will have 5+ years' experience within a UK Consultancy and be working towards chartership with excellent knowledge of British Standards and Eurocodes, as well as steel, concrete, timber, and load-bearing masonry structures. This opportunity will support a candidate to Chartership with the ICE or IStructE.

Senior Structural Engineer Position Requirements Degree within Structural Engineering 5+ years' experience within a UK Consultancy Multi-storey RC Frame projects Experience with software - notably TEKLA Structural Designer, Robot and TEDDS Ability to design to British Standards or Eurocode Knowledge of steel, concrete, timber, and load-bearing masonry structures is essential A BEng or MEng Civil / Structural Engineering or Engineering Design and be a member of the relevant body such as the IStructE Experience across several sectors - Commercial, educational, residential, health, and leisure Experience of conceptual design, project management including programming works and experience in leading a small team
