As a Senior Structural Engineer, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality engineering solutions across various sectors. From managing projects independently to leading and mentoring junior engineers and technicians, this position offers the chance to make a significant impact within a forward-thinking organisation. The successful Senior Structural Engineer will manage and co-ordinate projects, attending meetings with clients, contractors, architects, and other stakeholders and oversee the delivery of structures, drainage, and highways elements of projects within a multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities

Lead the analysis and design of building structures using advanced software for all structural materials. Develop and manage design delivery programmes. Supervise CAD/Revit technicians, ensuring designs meet project requirements. Prepare correspondence, reports, and technical documentation. Conduct site visits and attend site meetings to ensure successful project delivery. Support internal and external design meetings with clients and design team members. Qualifications:

Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering. Chartered or Incorporated status with IStructE or ICE (or working towards it). Experience & Skills:

Proven ability to deliver projects through to completion. Strong experience in structural design and analysis using software such as TEDDS, Tekla Structural Designer, Fastrack Portal Frame, CADS Wall Panel, P Frame, and MasterSeries Retaining Wall. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with colleagues, clients, and external teams. Knowledge of relevant building regulations and design standards. Valid UK driving licence. Personal Attributes:
