Access Talent Group are currently working with a Global Multidisciplinary Consultancy who are looking to grow their Structural presence in their Birmingham office. This is an opportunity to work on some interesting projects as well as have the chance to work on building out your own team moving forward.
In this role you will be expected to be a hands-on engineer, still doing design work as well as mentoring more junior engineers throughout their career. You will have the opportunity to say who is going to be a part of this team. Projects will include new builds and refurbishment projects, such as the refurbishment of Westminster Houses of Parliament. Project work for this consultancy is not office dependent, so you will be working on a wide variety of projects with engineers all over the country.
To be considered for this role:
Be an experienced Structural Engineer
Chartered with ICE or IStructE
Relevant project experience, new build and refurbishment
Full right to live and work in the UK
Experience mentoring is desirable
