You will be stepping into an established structural engineering team and will be expected to take ownership of projects across various projects. Their portfolio includes a variety of building structures, environmental works, and large infrastructure.
The office employs around 70 professionals from various disciplines – their size positions them perfectly to deliver projects at varying scales, meaning you’ll see many projects through the full lifecycle!
What’s needed for the role? Senior Structural Engineer:
BEng/MEng Civil or Structural Engineering degree Experience working as a Structural Engineer in a similar consultancy environment will be needed Chartered status with the IStructE or ICE would be preferred, or they can help you get there if you are progressing! Structural design experience and structural analysis skills in all common structural materials including steel, concrete, timber, and masonry Capable of working with the relevant engineering design software All the other usual communication and presentation skills will be important as you will be representing the company while directly liaising with clients and helping to grow the business.
