The Role
As a
Senior Supervisor , you will inspire your team by bringing energy and enthusiasm to the store. You will be promoting good working relationships in store. Leading by example and setting high standards, you will be driving profitability and providing our customers with memorable experiences that leaves them hungry for more. About You Team training and development as required. Stock ordering and control on a daily basis. Completion of paperwork in line with procedure. Ensure all areas of store are maintained to the brand standard of cleanliness. Ensure the Health and Safety policy is adhered to Ensure Food Hygiene Practices are in line with policy Responsible for smooth running the Store in Manager’s absence as advised by your Line Manager. Qualifications/Experience You will have a passion for delivering an excellent customer experience. You will have strong leadership skills. Ability to influence sales through your team and excellent customer service. Strong communication and organisational skills. Profit focused and cost conscious. Experience of leading a team.
