Our client pioneers inventive products crafted for enduring quality. They are seeking a Senior Inventory/Supply Chain Analyst to work in their National Accounts team to ensure that the stock levels are optimised for each customer.

In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring optimal inventory levels and seamless operations.

Main Responsibilities:

Product Lifecycle Management:

Own the entire product lifecycle, from launch to retirement. Customer Support:

Be the primary point of contact for national accounts, resolving stock issues promptly and efficiently. Inventory Optimisation:

Utilise Slim4 forecasting software to optimise stock levels, balancing cost and customer demand. Data Analysis:

Dive deep into data from various sources to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Demand Forecasting:

Develop accurate forecasts, incorporating seasonality and reviewing all SKUs monthly to ensure optimal order placement. Supplier Management:

Collaborate with Far East suppliers to achieve OTIF standards and guarantee product availability. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to make informed decisions. Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to management. Team Leadership:

Support the manager and take on a senior role within the department.

Skills/Experience Required as a Senior Supply Chain Analyst: 3+ years of experience in a product-led supply chain environment Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, etc.) Familiarity with supply chain management software (Slim4, ERP systems) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A collaborative team player with the ability to work independently
