Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end supply chain process, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and high-quality standards. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in supply chain management. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives. Lead and manage the supply chain team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations. Oversee procurement, production, inventory control, distribution, and transportation activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and resolve any bottlenecks. Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement. Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors to secure the best terms and conditions. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal teams. Implement and maintain supply chain management software and tools. Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance to senior management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) is a plus. Experience within the Aerospace / Defense industries. DoD experience preferred. Minimum of 8 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, logistics, and procurement. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle). Strong negotiation and contract management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Proven track record of driving operational improvements and achieving business goals.
