To carry out pre-determined educational activities and work programmes, promoting independent learning to support pupils' understanding. To provide detailed verbal and written feedback on lesson content, pupil responses, and behaviour. To use behaviour management strategies to contribute to a purposeful learning environment. Requirements

Experience of working with pupils with complex needs. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organisational and time management skills. Benefits
