The role The Config Team is an experienced and trusted SAP AMS partner, aiming to delight our customers by exceeding their expectations in all aspects of support and service. This role is critical in helping provide resolutions for SAP EWM tickets raised by customers and in supporting the continual professional development of the AMS Consultants in the team. You will be on a constant learning journey as our customer systems provide SAP EWM variety across different industries, processes, and technology. If the successful candidate is interested in having involvement in project-based SAP EWM opportunities, this role can provide these opportunities as they become available. Top level duties and responsibilities To own SAP support related activities across different SAP modules, primarily within SAP EWM related modules. Support of other technologies including the range of The Config Team products and mobile technology. Liaise with 3rd parties on issue resolution as required. Continually monitor and complete team tasks and activities to ensure prompt delivery of the highest standard. Keep up to date with the latest SAP technology, particularly within EWM. Required Skills, Experience and Knowledge Experience in providing support for SAP EWM systems.
