This is why at this service our Seniors should have previous experience as a Senior Support Worker and a Level 3 in Health & Social Care, as well as experience working with individuals with autism and complex individuals with challenging behaviours.

Typical Shifts are: Working from 8.00am - 20.30pm on a rota including alternate weekends.
