Key Responsibilities Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulations. Review and update care practices to align with the latest standards and guidelines. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary. Develop and maintain comprehensive support plans tailored to the individual needs of each client. Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure plans are effective and person-centered. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of support plans, making adjustments as needed. Ensure that all risk assessments are up-to-date and reviewed regularly to reflect any changes in circumstances. Train and guide team members on risk management practices to ensure a safe environment for both clients and staff. Skills and Qualifications Proven experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs. Strong understanding of audits, support planning, and risk assessment processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating leadership and organizational skills. Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
