Train and guide team members on risk management practices to ensure a safe environment for both clients and staff. Skills and Qualifications Proven experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs. Strong understanding of audits, support planning, and risk assessment processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating leadership and organizational skills. Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
