Senior Support Worker - Castle Cary - £13.30 ph Typical Shifts:

Monday - Sunday, 08:00 - 20:30, working 3 shifts a week. Join Voyage Care and feel valued! As a Senior Support Worker, you will help people gain more independence in their daily lives while assisting the Manager with the day-to-day supervision and management of the service. Responsibilities include: Allocating shifts. Booking in training. Inducting new colleagues. Supporting with supervision. Ordering medication. Ensuring the people we support manage their finances. Minimum Requirements: Senior Support Workers should have previous experience in the role, a Level 3 in Health & Social Care, and experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviours.
