We're seeking a compassionate and experienced Senior Support Worker to join our children's home in Waterlooville. Your role will be pivotal in creating a nurturing environment where young people with complex emotional needs can thrive.
About the Role:
Provide encouragement, guidance, and stability to young people during challenging times. Lead a team in delivering therapeutic care that promotes growth and positive outcomes. Support day-to-day management and ensure high standards of care are upheld. Record and implement care plans and monitor progress. Act as a positive role model, fostering trust and resilience in young people.

What We're Looking For:
Experience: 12+ months in a children's home and Level 3 Residential Childcare qualification. Skills: Knowledge of therapeutic care, strong communication, and a resilient, flexible approach. Commitment: Ability to work shifts, including sleep-ins, to meet the needs of young people. Requirements: A full UK driving licence is essential.
