Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the care staff to ensure our residents continue to receive outstanding care. Assist with the daily care needs of the residents, including personal care, medication administration, and personal support. Be responsible for the physical, emotional, and personal care needs of our residents in a kind, caring, trustworthy, and respectful manner; preserving dignity and self-respect at all times. Assist with the implementation of care plans and work in collaboration with healthcare professionals. Requirements
Previous experience in a senior carer or similar role. Preferred to hold NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or working towards it). Be compassionate, patient, and dedicated to enhancing the lives of the residents. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
