Responsibilities include: Allocating shifts Booking in training Inducting new colleagues Supporting with supervisions Ordering medication Ensuring the people we support manage their finances This role is ideal for someone looking to make a difference in the lives of others, helping colleagues grow in confidence and supporting individuals to gain independence. We require our Senior Support Workers to have previous experience as a Senior Support Worker and a Level 3 in Health & Social Care, as well as experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviours.
